For a young girl born to abundantly creative parents, the future would look large, full, and more than a little chaotic...and inevitably so. Lori Yohe was born and raised in Pennsylvania. And though her heart always seemed to be leading her away from there, she still cherishes the fact that her life today was formed by the graces of her childhood there that will always remain dear to her heart. Whether it was her early hunger for devouring any book she could find, or her passionate love of theater, or her desire to paint, draw, carve, or build just about anything, Lori could never quite be doing too many things. "It was in the seventh grade when I began soaking up every bit of poetry I could get my hands on. I'd stumble across these amazing little pieces that would ring in my ears for days. So I started writing them down. I couldn't have told you why, just that I wanted to hang onto them, even after I'd forgotten the impact they'd first had on me."
Fast forward a few years, and the call of the West coast won Lori, only through the bittersweet, selfless support of her family. She packed up her little sports car and drove across country, never guessing where her future would lead her.
